Endless Blessings Doula Services provides  packages to fit every mom and every budget.  Because every mom really does need a doula.  Please review our packages below and let us know if we can answer any of your questions.

Mama’s Helper – $450

This is for already pregnant mama’s who want doula care for birth.

This fee includes:

2 Prenatal Visits – A birth plan consultation and the review of relaxation techniques

Unlimited text, e-mail, phone support

After 37 Weeks on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week until you have your baby

Labor Support

Help breastfeeding immediatly after you birth your baby and 1-2 hours help after

1 Postnatal appointment at your home to make sure all is going well

 

 

The Preconception Package – $1500

Are you not yet pregnant, but wanting to be?  Are you wanting to have the most beautiful, healthy, baby possible?  In The Preconception Package I will fully integrate my advanced knowledge of mom and baby nutrition and help you develop a healthy eating plan to prepare your body for birth.   This package is for the mom who wants support from preconception through pregnancy and doula support during labor.  It will cover all the bases from healthy mom to beautiful birth.  And help to ensure the healthiest pregnancy and baby that is in your power to do so.   The Preconception Package Includes: 

- Health History Interview

- Functional Evaluation

- PreConception Healing Foods Consultation and Supplement Recommendations

- Pantry Makeover

- 1 Cooking Lesson

- Follow up – Consultation

- Pregnancy Healing Food Consultation

- Unlimted,Phone, text, e-mail support

- 1 Birth Plan Consultation

- 1 Relaxation Techniques Session

- On call from 37 weeks until baby comes

- 1 Nourishing Your Baby, when baby starts solids consultation
