BECKY WEBB, CD(DONA)HCHD, FH

Becky Webb graduated from the University of Missouri in 2003 with a B.A. in Psychology. Upon graduating from college she took a position as a spiritual mentor and supporter to college women for five years. Since then, she has become passionate about studying herbs, natural health, nutrition and loves to help educate others that are interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After the birth of her three children, she began to feel a calling and desire to support women with her knowledge of health and nutrition as a mom and baby professional. Becky’s heart is for women to have a supported, educated, healthy, non-judgemental and enjoyable birth experience. Becky has been trained and certified as a labor doula by DONA International, the oldest and most well-known certifying doula organization.  Her other training includes a certification as  Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Doula (HCHD) and she is a certified Family Herbalist from the Vintage Remedies School of Natural Health .  In order to serve her client’s mom and baby nutritional needs, Becky is currently enrolled in a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program at the Nutritional Therapy Association.  You can also find her writing as an expert for the online magazine Decoded Pregnancy.

Amber Skene, DONA trained Childbirth Doula

Amber Skene became excited about supporting women in childbirth after the birth of her second child.  She realized the deep need she had for additional support during labor and benefited greatly from that support after the birth of her third and fourth child.  Amber’s greatest desire is to support woman in having a joyful, welcoming birth no matter what happens in the birthing room.  Amber brings great personal experience to the table with 4 very different births, and has been professionally trained as a childbirth doula from DONA International.
